At Rexera, accessible from our Website (https://www.rexera.com) and Client Portal (https://portal.rexera.com), one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains the types of information that is collected and recorded by Rexera and how we use it.

This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our Website, Client Portal, and API (Application Programming Interface) regarding the information that they share with Rexera. Information we collect

Rexera collects the following categories of personal information:

(a) directly from you, such as through forms on our Website or if you choose to contact us, 

(b) from our clients via the Client Portal or the API (sellers’ information),

(c) from public sources and third parties, such as government agencies and multiple listing services (or MLS),  

(d) from public sources that are not covered by b) but are used to collect HOA information,

(e) from the device and browser that you use to access our Site and 

(f) cookies and similar technologies.

Identifiers 

We may collect your name, postal address, email address, telephone number, company name, and any other information you may choose to provide on our website. We also collect the buyer and seller names, contact information, and property addresses during the address creation on our Client Portal and the API.

When you register for an Account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number.

Internet Activity and Log Files

Rexera follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and are a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any personally identifiable information. The purpose of the information is to analyze trends, administer the site, track users’ movement on the website, and gather demographic information.

We may collect information concerning your interaction with our Site, including when you access the Site and your browsing activity on the Site (such as which pages you visited, in what order, and for how long). This may include “traffic” data or tracking information provided by the Site’s host or similar providers, such as Google Analytics, and may be helpful for marketing purposes or for improving our services. 

Google Analytics may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its advertising network. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
